02. No Hidden Fees
We’ll never ask you for more money. Ever. Our quoted fee (which ranges from 4% to 6% by the way) includes everything from staging, general repairs to dealing with your tenants. Even storing items we remove to declutter and moving them to your new place. It’s all included.
03. We Invest In Your Property
What? While other agents make you pay for staging, repairs and tell you to let them know when it’s done and then charge you 5% on top of that (just typing that out made me ill). WE DON’T DO THAT. We pay for everything, putting our money where our mouths are. We’ll invest up to 1% of the value of your home in repairs, maintenance and staging.**Conditions Apply**
